Bonded & Insured

Nook & Cranny Cleaning Co. is fully bonded and insured. Please notify us within 24 hours of the service if any damage occurred during the service.

Maximizing Your Cleaning Experience

Please consider leaving the areas to be cleaned clutter free to give you the best value for your investment. Removing any objects that might obstruct our cleaning process allows us to focus on the time cleaning, rather than spending time organizing. Should our cleaners find an area particularly cluttered, they shall clean around the items to the best of their ability.

Service Limitations

We do not offer dish washing services.

We do not offer laundering services.

We do not move large furniture. (Beds, couches, dressers, desks, etc.)

We do not clean the fronts of televisions, all electronics are up to our discretion.

We do not clean animal/human waste, vomit, blood, mold, or other bio-hazards.

Nook & Cranny Cleaning Co. uses a range of products (some being eco-friendly products), including but not limited to:

Diluted vinegar + essential oils (never used on granite, marble, or original hardwood flooring)

Zep products

Seventh Generation concentrate

Dawn Powerwash

Pinesol

Sprayway products

EasyOff Oven cleaner

Clorox Toilet bowl cleaner

Cancellation Policy

As of 7/1/2024: If you cancel less than twenty-four (24) hours from your appointment time, you will be charged $25.00. Kindly, we ask for a 48 hours notice, or preferably the most notice you can provide in the event of you needing to cancel. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled clean, however that is subject to availability. If you have canceled with less than a 24 hour notice multiple times, Nook & Cranny Cleaning Co. has the option to terminate services with the client, or charge 50% of the agreed upon price for the clean. We value all of our clients time, and hope you understand this policy has been put in place so that we can continue providing consistent cleaning services for all of our clients.
